This will become available with very little use end of July. Comes with single phase Misnco 63A CNC integrated Plasma source and CNC torch with additional Handheld LF Pilot Arc torch.

Any technical questions 07970 272692. This is a Single-phase machine and will take a standard 6.1 ERW round tube up to 110mm OD. Complete with computer and two software programs to cut various copes and nest to the tube. There is included very capable Starcad, Starcut and Startest software that will allow you to cut any cope shape you desire by generating the G code which is then transferred to the machine via USB. The quick cut software shown has limited functionality but very quick and easy to program.

Those shown in green are fully functional by simply imputing the tube diameters the wall thickness, Angles and offsets, yellow have limited function and red are not available but equivalent cuts can be achieved long hand with green functions. The wall thickness is automatically compensated for to achieve the correct fit up ready for welding. Machine will be mounted on a taller frame and can be dismantled into three equal lengths.
