Heavy duty fabricated and machined steel machine bed. Precision hardened and ground linear bearings in both axes.

Dual side drive system in X axis. Rack & pinion drive system in Y axis. Single pneumatic plate rider torch suspension for high speed sheet cutting applications. Low backlash precision Swiss gearboxes.

Electrical limit switches and hard stops in all for axis directions. (extract fan / filtration system and ductwork to be customer supplied).

Low-cost easy to replace cutter bars (3mm sheet strips). Esprit standard signal red and grey-black paint. 230v 50Hz single phase power requirement.
