100 AMP PLASMA CUTTING MACHINE, CUTTING UP TO 50mm. IDEAL EXPERT PLASMA 100 HF is a powerful device that can be used for a hand cutting of metal elements. Device is built using inverter IGBT technology what provides better efficiency and less power consumption. It is supplied form a three phase 400 volt electric net that ensures stable and uninterrupted operating.

Cutting power range from 30A to 100A allows to cut material thickness up to 50mm depending on material type whether it is steel, aluminium or copper alloys. The plasma is ignited with a HF ignition system what allows for easy ignition and limits extensive consumables wear like it happens in case of lift plasma ignition.

Plasma cutter has a 60% duty cycle what means that it can be used at full power for six minutes until it stops to cool down for 4 minutes and than resets and start to operate again. Power source IDEAL EXPERT PLASMA 100 HF.
